Terms of Service
1. Minimum running Delhi 200 km, Gujarat & Andhra 300 km, other states 250 km per day.
2. One day = 12 hours or colander day which is earliest.
3. The Car will be provided only after receiving the payments.
4. If the bill amount increases during the usage of the car, then the balance payment must be made before leaving the car.
5. A fraction of an hour will be charged as one hour.
6. A fraction of a kilometer will be charged as one kilometer.
7. Time and Kilometers are calculated from Garage to Garage basis.
8. In hilly areas, charges per kilometer & driver's charges will be 50% extra.
9. All Toll taxes, Parking Charges, Entrance fee will be charged extra.
10. Driver allowance of INR 200/- shall be extra for cars.
11. The customer is expected to fill in the duty slip, duly sign the same and hand over to the driver.
12. Taxes, if any, will be charged extra.
13. Service Tax charge levied by Central Excise Department shall be extra & would be applicable on total amount.
14. Cancellation should be notified 72 hours before the trip.
15. This company is not responsible for any loss, theft, accident etc. during the journey.
16. All the Foreign payments should be made in US Dollars in Bank Draft to an Indian Bank. No other payment method is acceptable.
17. All the inbound payment can be made through Cash / Cheque / DD to your nearest bank .
18. Any misfortune/Break down of journey due to natural calamities shall have to be borne with us.
19. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction only.
